Keys on the Keyboard

 The keyboard is several keys, including :-

 

Alphanumeric keys :- These are the basic keys that include the letters A to Z, the numbers 0 to 9, and various symbols such as punctuation marks and mathematical symbols.

 Function keys :- These are the keys labeled F1 to F12, which are used to execute specific functions or commands in software applications.

 Arrow keys :- These keys are used to move the cursor up, down, left, or right.

 Modifier keys :- These keys include Shift, Alt, Ctrl, and the Windows key. They are used in combination with other keys to perform specific actions or commands.

 Numeric keypad :- This is a set of keys located on the right side of the keyboard, usually used for entering numbers and performing mathematical calculations.

 Enter key :- This key is used to execute a command or confirm an input.

 Backspace key :- This key is used to delete the character to the left of the cursor.

 Delete key :- This key is used to delete the character to the right of the cursor.

 Tab key :- This key is used to move the cursor to the next tab stop.

 Escape key :- This key is used to cancel a command or operation.

 Print Screen key :- This key is used to take a screenshot of the current screen.

 Scroll Lock key :- This key is used to lock the scrolling function on the keyboard.

 Caps Lock key :- This key is used to toggle between upper and lower case letters.

 Num Lock key :- This key is used to toggle the numeric keypad between number entry and cursor control mode.

Toggle key information about Computer Keyboard

A keyboard is a device that is used to input information into a computer or other electronic device. It contains a set of keys, each of which represents a specific letter, number, symbol, or function. Some toggle key information about the keyboard includes:

1.   Caps Lock key :- When pressed, this key toggles the capitalization of all letters typed. When the Caps Lock key is on, all letters are typed in uppercase.

2.   Num Lock key :- This key toggles the function of the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard. When the Num Lock key is on, the numeric keypad can be used to input numbers, while when it is off, the keys on the numeric keypad have other functions.

3.   Scroll Lock key :- This key toggles the scrolling function of the arrow keys on the keyboard. When the Scroll Lock key is on, the arrow keys can be used to scroll through documents or spreadsheets.

4.   Function keys :- These are a row of keys at the top of the keyboard that can be used to perform various functions, such as adjusting the volume, changing the screen brightness, or opening specific programs.

5.   Modifier keys :- These keys include Shift, Ctrl, Alt, and Command (on Mac keyboards). They modify the function of other keys when pressed in combination with them, allowing for a wider range of input options.

6.   Multimedia keys :- These are special keys that are designed to control multimedia functions, such as playing, pausing, or skipping tracks, adjusting the volume, or launching media player software.

7.   Shortcut keys :- These are combinations of keys that can be used to perform specific actions, such as copying and pasting, saving a document, or closing a window. They can save time and increase efficiency when working with a computer.
